Project Action Plan and Timetable

1	4.3.2019	By the end of the week I want to have finished my project proposal and time planner, and started my research and planning.	I will need to use computers with internet access to create a blog on WordPress.*
2	11.3.2019	By the end of the week I would like to have created mind maps and mood boards for my project. I also want to have created a survey as part of my research.	I will need to use computers with internet access to research images for the mood boards, and to create a survey on SurveyMonkey. I will also need to use Photoshop and the drawing tablets we have in college in order to create sketches and mind maps.
3	18.3.2019	By the end of the week I would like to have completed my research, including the analysis of my survey results. I would also like to have finished my planning, and started creating concept art, sketches, etc.	I will need to use a computer with internet access, as well as a sketchbook and pen and/or pencil. I may need to use a camera to get some reference images.
4	25.3.2019	During this week I would like to start creating some of my assets, such as 3D models and textures. I may also look into experimenting with different techniques and art styles to figure out what would work best for my project. I’m planning on using a few assets that I’ve already made for previous projects, however I may re-make some of them.	I will need to use a computer with Maya and Photoshop installed, as well as a drawing tablet. I may need to use a camera to take some photos to use for textures, depending on what choices I make regarding the art style.
5	1.4.2019	During this week I would like to finalise my decisions in terms of what art style I intend to use. I would also like to have created some assets that I can use in my project. I may also begin work on creating audio for my game, depending on what decisions I come to during my planning.	I will need to use Photoshop and Maya on a computer, as well as using a drawing tablet. If I decide to include audio, I will need access to the recording studios in the college. I will also need to use some of the recording equipment, and may require assistance from a teacher or from other students.
6	8.4.2019	This week I would like to finish my modelling and audio work and potentially begin to move on to putting my assets into Unity and creating scripts for them. I may also need to work on some animation for certain assets.	I will need to use Maya, Unity, and Visual Studio on a computer. I may also need to ask some of the teachers for help with the coding and animation. I might look at some tutorials as well. If I’m working on creating audio, I will need access to the recording studios and sound equipment.
7	15.4.2019	This week I would like to work on the script for my project. I will most likely have to continue scene dressing in Unity as well depending on how much I complete during week 6.	I will need to use a computer with Unity and Visual Studio installed. I will also have to use tutorials and ask the teacher for assistance.
8	22.4.2019	During this week I will most likely work purely on the coding, since this is not one of my strengths, so I will most likely require a lot of assistance.	I will need to use Unity and Visual studios on a computer. I will also need to ask the teachers for advice, as well as watching tutorials.
9	29.4.2019	By the end of this week I would like to have finished the production of my game level demo. I would potentially like to post my finished product online and get feedback from players that I can then use in my evaluation.	I will need to use Unity on a computer. I will also need to access the internet in order to post my finished product online.
10	6.5.2019	This week I would like to start writing my evaluation.	I will need to refer back to my original plans, and will require access to the internet on a computer so that I can post my evaluation on my blog.
11	13.5.2019	During this week I will continue to work on my evaluation.	I will need to use a computer with internet access.
12	20.5.2019	By the end of this week I would like to have completed my evaluation.	I will need a computer with access to the internet.
13	27.5.2019	Deadline.

*I would also like to note that I will need to use the internet throughout my project in order to keep updating my blog.
